Tammy Akemann - Marketing/Activity Director
Tammy has been with Keystone Communities of Faribault since October 2006. She has her Health-Care Management Degree, an Assistant-Teacher Degree for Early Childhood Development, and also took some Business Management courses. Tammy has worked with the elderly for 6 years and in the past she ran and operated a daycare facility in her home for 8 years. As the Activity Director the day care experience has made Tammy’s position flourish as far as developing unique and individual activities for the residents. As the Marketing Director, Tammy has experience selling local apartments and attending marketing seminars. With a genuine love of the facility Tammy will give you a tour that any person in need of assisted living would seriously consider. Her warm smile and bubbly personality are inviting.
Tammy lives in Waterville with her four children, Nathan, Sierra, Joey, and Maija. She leads quite a busy life and loves every minute of it…
Rachel Kubal - Chef Manager
Rachel has been with Keystone since it opened in 2003. She takes pride in her chef prepared meals and desserts, and puts a lot of time and effort in her meals to make them look beautiful when serving. Rachel is always open to resident input and ideas, and enlightens them every way possible. Rachel is very creative and makes Keystone fun for residents and staff on theme days and holidays. She was trained at Rosemont Culinary School. Rachel is a wonderful asset to Keystone Communities of Faribault.
Rachel resides in Faribault with her husband Paul, and two daughters; Ariel and Cassandra. She is involved in girl scouts, school activities and her church.
Ed Roehrick - Maintenance Director
Ed has been with Keystone Communities since February 2003. He has been in the maintenance field for over 20 years. Ed enjoys the contact with the residents on helping them take care of all maintenance issues and also develops a great relationship with all the residents that live at Keystone Communities. He also provides the transportation with the Keystone Bus with all health care transportation. Ed has been a resident of Faribault for many years and knows a lot of the people that live at our Keystone Facility. He has a 2 year Business Management Degree.
Ed resides in Faribault with his wife Kathy, and 6 Children; Shawn, Teresa, Ryan, Beth, Carynn, and Jonathan.
