Reservation Deposit

I will send $500 payable to “SH Investors II Ordinary JV LP” which will be applied to either my first month’s rent or security deposit. This is a non-refundable deposit unless I have a status change. I will note the Keystone Community location on the check in the “memo” area.

Terms

I understand this reservation is subject to unit availability and construction. Amenities will be described in the Resident Handbook. The level of care (assisted living) will be determined after a registered nurse has evaluated the resident prior to move-in.
