At Keystone residents enjoy a variety of planned activities including exercise classes, recreational outings, educational speakers and entertainment events. We offer full, professionally prepared dining services in our scenic dining rooms. We invite you to stroll the grounds, play cards, shoot billiards, watch a movie on the big screen or make an appointment in our salon or massage spa.

Our nursing staff is centrally located off the lobby and ready to address your daily care concerns. At Keystone, we help to assess your needs and cater to your requirements. We encourage independence but are always available to respond to your needs.

Keystone Independent Living

We offer many floor plans at each location, with apartments ranging from 1-bedroom / 670 square feet to 3-bedroom / 1620 square feet. We have spacious, well-appointed apartment homes that retain your privacy, as well as considerable common amenities that provide endless hours of enjoyment with your neighbors.

Whether enjoying a quiet library, fireplace lounge, billiards room, therapeutic spa, exercise room, card / game room, big screen theater or the Internet Cafè, Keystone offers choice and comfort. Never again will you shovel your driveway or worry about maintaining your house. Our safety is unmatched with a multitude of security cameras and a secured front entrance. You no longer have to grocery shop alone; Keystone provides a bus to the grocery store and our staff will gladly bring your groceries back to your apartment for you. You won't have to eat your meals alone; at Keystone you enjoy the companionship of other residents while dining on homemade meals.

Keystone Assisted Living

Assisted living is available for individuals or couples who desire the comforts of independent living with quality care determined by a carefully considered personal service plan. At Keystone Communities we combine an elegant yet homey atmosphere with life-enrichment programs and a trained staff available any time of the day or night. After an RN assesses each resident, an individualized service plan is developed. The service plan may be modified, as a resident’s needs change. This service plan emphasizes the development and care of the whole person.

We provide the finest professional care in an atmosphere of comfort, compassion and dignity. The aim of all staff is to help residents attain and maintain the highest level of physical, mental and social well-being. Our assisted living package offers everything a person needs to live a quality lifestyle. The services are flexible and comprehensive including meals, housekeeping, nurse visit, 24-hour emergency response, bathing, dressing, grooming, re-direction, medication management and/or administration. Support services are personalized to fit your individual needs and lifestyles. Throughout the community we have many common areas, conversation niches and places to gather with friends and neighbors. Classes, activities and cultural outings are also planned for the resident to enjoy 7 days a week. We also have a chapel/quiet room for those who desire to attend worship services, bible studies or simply meditate.

Keystone Memory Care

The Willows is our specialized area for persons with memory loss. It is a specially designed calm environment for persons with dementia who require a safe, secure place to live. The trained staff provides 24-hour care and supervision, and work with each resident to maintain his or her highest level of physical and mental functioning. Therapeutic recreation staff coordinates activities such as music, baking, cooking and crafts. We also have a very unique sensory stimulation room for those with memory loss.

We at Keystone believe that each resident should be able to function at his or her highest abilities with the least amount of frustration and anxiety. We strive to assess needs and base cares on the resident’s cognitive ability. Our program allows staff to identify activities that the resident is able to perform, defines the types of assistance required to compensate for the resident’s disabilities and measures the severity of functional limitation.

The Willows apartments come in choices of suites or 1-bedrooms. These have a variety of different floor plans. We offer many specialized areas for those with memory loss, including a family room, an enclosed courtyard for outdoor activities and gardening, music rooms, TV rooms, a sensory stimulation room, memory care dining room, and a craft room. Residents do not need to leave the secured area, unless they or their loved ones desire. At Keystone, the family’s input is very important. We want each person to be treated like family and with respect. The goal of our staff is to do unto others as you would have them do unto you. We love our residents and that makes the difference.
