Sheila Riebe began as a consultant with Keystone Communities, LLC in 2002 and in January 2003 assumed the position of Controller. As the company’s Controller Sheila’s primary responsibilities are in the accounting, computer, payroll and benefits aspects of the company. She oversees the Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable areas.

Sheila has worked in the accounting field for 24 years. Prior to joining Keystone Communities, Sheila was President and Owner of an accounting consulting & services company (Johnson Riebe and Associates, Inc.). Sheila worked with a variety of businesses, including both non-profit and for-profit businesses in a variety of industries. She assisted both large and small businesses with choosing accounting software, new accounting software installations, implementation and training.  In addition, she also provided accounting services, consulting services and staff training to several small to medium sized businesses.

Sheila’s prior experience includes working for a non-profit company that developed and managed senior housing and care facilities as the Director of Finance. She also worked as the Business and Personnel Director for a national non-profit membership organization. In addition, she has worked in Public Accounting both as a Staff Accountant and as a Firm Administrator.

Sheila’s education includes a Bachelor of Science in Merchandising from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Minor in Business Administration as well as continuing education in accounting, non-profit accounting, human resources and computer network administration.
