Level 1
  • Two (2) loads of personal laundry a week (sheets and towels included, detergent provided) (Includes changing sheets and making the bed 1x a week)
  • Housekeeping (Up to 30 minutes per week)
    Vacuum and dust unit, clean bathroom(s), empty waste, clean kitchen: mop floor, clean countertop and sink, empty garbage and check refrigerator
  • Three (3) meals a day
  • Reminder to come to meals
  • Activities/Social Events/Outings
  • Scheduled van transportation
  • Personal Pendant
Level 2

Underground heated garage stalls rent for $50 a month. Assisted living companion rates may vary depending on the level of care for the second occupant. Assisted Living Service Packages are bundled into three levels of care. The appropriate level of service is determined by the RN assessment, with input from the resident/family and the resident's physician and case history. All utilities are included in rent, except phone, cable and internet. Security deposits required: $1000.00 per apartment, $50.00 per garage stall, $15.00/$20.00 per small/large storage unit and $100.00 for emergency pendant.
