Includes 1 meal a day (30 meals a month), heat, electric, trash, sewer, water, transportation, activities, 24 hour security, washer and dryer in every apartment, and so much more. Heated underground garages are $50/month and storage units are $15 & $20/month. $1000.00 security deposit.

These rates are for single occupancy. Companion rates are applicable if more than one person occupies the unit. The monthly companion rate is $90.00. In addition to the $90.00 companion rate meals are available to the companion at a meal package fee of $315.00 per month. (For example: Two people move into apartment A-1, it rents for $1695.00/independent rate, the monthly charge would be $1695.00, plus the companion rate of $90.00 plus the $315.00 companion meal charge. This brings the monthly service agreement total cost to $2100.00.) All utilities are included in rent, except phone, cable and internet.
