Underground heated garage stalls rent for $50.00. Independent living rents (per apartment) also must include 16 meals per month. Other meal plans are available for Independent Living Residents. Assisted living and memory care companion rates may vary depending on the level of care for the second occupant. All three meals are provided for assisted living and memory care residents.

Levels of Care

 

Level 1
  • Two (2) loads of personal laundry a week (sheets and towels included, detergent provided) (Includes changing sheets and making the bed 1x a week)
  • Housekeeping (Up to 30 minutes per week)
    Vacuum and dust unit, clean bathroom(s), empty waste, clean kitchen: mop floor, clean countertop and sink, empty garbage and check refrigerator
  • Three (3) meals a day
  • Reminder to come to meals
  • Activities/Social Events/Outings
  • Scheduled van transportation
  • Personal pendant
Level 2
