Lori Terhaar - Director of Marketing and Activities
Lori
has 25 years of costumer service and elder care experience in the Prior Lake/ Burnsville area.
She has a Bachelor of Human Service degree in Social Gerontology at Metro State University.
Lori has a passion for helping elderly people find purpose and quality to their lives. She has served on the Scott County Senior Expo committee for two years, is a member of the Memory Care Professionals network, and was the chair person on the Senior Task Force for the Prior Lake Senior Center. Lori understands the compassion needed in helping transition people through life changes and enjoys working with the family and older person as they make those changes.
Lori lives in Burnsville with her husband, Ken and 2 children.
Sarah Tormoen - Chef Manager
Sarah
Tormoen is the Chef Manager at Keystone in Prior Lake. She has a Bachelor’s of Science Degree
from St. Cloud State University. She earned her Culinary Arts Degree from The Institute of Culinary
Education in New York City. Sarah has 20 years experience working in the hospitality industry.
Sarah has been with Keystone since 2005 and finds her work challenging and rewarding. She enjoys the one on one interaction with the residents. Sarah lives in Inver Grove Heights with Jon and her daughter Maisey.
Teri Larson - RN Administrator
Teri Larson, R.N., PHN is the Administrator at Keystone Communities of Prior Lake. Teri has been a nurse for over 20 years working in the hospital, homecare and assisted living settings. She has worked closely with residents, families, staff and other health care providers to ensure the best quality of care for each resident. Teri has been with Keystone since 2003.
Teri’s education includes attending Winona State University where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in nursing. While attending the university she was the recipient of various scholarships, a member of the Nursing Honor Society and graduated with academic honors. After graduation she was inducted into Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society.
Teri lives in New Prague with her husband, Tim. They have three daughters.
Rhonda Baker - Assistant RN Administrator
Rhonda has practiced nursing for over 11 years within the diversified nursing field. She has worked on a Transitional Care Unit (helping others recover from joint and heart surgeries, as well as, medical illnesses), on a hospital Medical/Surgical Unit and at an Ear, Nose & Throat specialty clinic. Rhonda has been with Keystone since July 2005. She thoroughly enjoys working with the elderly, addressing their health concerns, along with supervising the staff.
After graduating from high school, Rhonda spent some time traveling and attended college in Germany. She graduated with a two year business administration degree from a college in Colorado. Rhonda continued her education, taking science and nursing classes. She earned her Registered Nursing Degree and graduated with academic honors.
Rhonda has lived in Prior Lake for almost 20 years, is married and has three school aged children. She is an active member of her church and enjoys traveling, learning new things and reading.
