The rates quoted below are for single occupancy. Companion rates are applicable if more than one person occupies the unit. Residents receiving County subsidy are subject to a rate schedule approved by Scott County and accepted by Keystone. All Utilities are included in rent, except phone and prices include 16 meals a month.
